[AudioI] Octo Glitches at 96 kHz

 Hi Matt,
I have some examples of the audio input artifacts I was talking about when running the Octo at 96 kHz sampling rate. At 48 kHz sampling, these artifacts are not seen. Here are time domain plots of sine waves and an RC-shaped pulse.

As can be seen here, the artifact occurs at the peak and trough of this low frequency sine wave.

Here, the artifacting is seen as indicated by the arrows.

In this RC-shaped pulse, the artifacting is indicated by the arrows.
These artifacts are only seen at a 96 kHz sampling rate and not at 48 kHz. Could this be a clock issue? Driver issue? An issue with the CODEC? You can reproduce it by feeding in a test signal like a sine wave into the soundcard and looking at a time domain plot. Let me know if you see this behavior.
Thanks.
Jonathan

  Hi Matt,
Any sort of aliasing or imaging artifacts that should not be present. Have you tested capture of more than two channels at 96 kHz? Any oddities in the noise floor at that sampling rate?
Thanks.

Not really sure - what type of artefacts ?
