Thanks for the image, it is very helpful. The SPI pins are still free.

Just confirming that the used pinouts are the following :

I2C is shared (03, 05)

I2S are not shared (12, 35, 38, 40)

Power pins are shared.

All the other pins are available.

This applies to the stereo and the zero soundcards.
