You can connect two Electret microphones to the zero card, however you will need to mix them together using something like an opamp to do that. You can use a summing opamp like this : https://www.electronics-tutorials.ws/opamp/opamp_4.html

It will be a little tricky to do this because you need a clean analogue line to power the opamp, but you could drive it off a 3.3v rail if you can find a suitable opamp.

Another way to get 2 electret mics is to use the ultra soundcard which has 2 electret microphone onboard - you can also access the mic header to put your own electrets on it if you like.

All this i working with external preamps for the mic´s, and the mic´s are also working with the omboard mic preamp, but there is only one preamp.
