Hi Matt,

Unfortunately still not working, I just tried it there again. So, the PayPal part is fine. The pop-up opens and I input my log-in details and pay, but after I pay and the pop up closes, an error message appears saying 'Failure system, please try again in a few minutes'. Screenshot attached. 

I'd like to get this order sorted in the next day or so, can I set up the order with you, bypassing the site?
