Hi Matt,

I notice that the Ultra 2 sound card supports DC signals; I guess this capability partly depends on the codec (CS4265).
The Octo is using the CS42448 codec; can it also support DC signals?

Are you planning to release the schematics for the stereo version of the modular preamp?

Thanks
Marc

Hi Marc,

Nice to hear from you.

We've got a few artist focused products in the pipe line.

Second in line will focus on a modular suitable preamplifier. The first
version of that will be stereo focused. It will use tip-sleeve 3.5mm
jacks for the input and output. The reason we will release a stereo
version first is because it will easily plug into the AIABS v1 soundcard
boards.

In the future we would like to implement a new standard for multichannel
soundcards.

A while I acquired an Octo sound card (for the RPI).

I have a few projects that could use it, one of them for Eurorack systems.
But the Eurorack specs requires audio at 10Vpp (from -5V to +5V)
and no AC filtering.
For example: https://www.expert-sleepers.co.uk/es8.html

Would it be possible to create an Eurorack breakout for the Octo?
