[AudioI] Zero sound card inputs

Hi Mike,

The electret microphone has its own footprint on the board. Look at the 
foreground image here :

The "mic" footprint is the electret microphone connector. The 
signal+power pin goes into the "+" hole. The GND pin goes into the white 
silk screen backgroud hole.
