Hello Esteban,
I'm not sure why you say the ALSA mixer commands are not available. I
just performed a complete installation of Buster (A.K.A Raspbian O.S.)
on a RPi 4B. Alsamixer is available along with the other ALSA
utilities. I use it control the Audio Injector Zero.
