[AudioI] Case design and template layout - Download soon

Here is the 3d model of the rough layout of external interfaceable
components on the AudioInjector stereo. I believe it would be most helpful
for making cutouts on enclosures. Went through with my calipers and
measured everything out, so I hope everything is somewhat close... If
anyone wants to double check my measurements, feel free. I have made my
final draft of case design and will start printing test fitments tonight.
If it works, I will upload the case design to Thingiverse.
Matt, I tried to push the stl to the repo, but I don't have push rights. I
will try to make a 2D layout of the board in the future to post there.
