Thanks Jonathan,

I think the description "Audio Injector XLR Preamp - Professional-Grade 
Audio Interface for Microphones and XLR-Based Audio Sources", confused 
me a little. I didn't initially assume that it had outputs.

My Pi with have the Logitech Media Server running and additionally, 
squeezelite, to play from the server and send audio to the outputs of 
the "Audio Injector XLR Preamp".

If that sounds correct I'll place my order for the Pre-amp.
