That click is coming from the relay. The relat engages and disengages
when the soundcard mutes itself.

Where do you see the two outputs ?

The white rings indicate which pins are reserved. So you can connect to
the other pins.

The phantom power line is there. The phantom power will work with
preamplifier boards which are desigend to interface it.
