[AudioI] Eurorack breakout for the Octo sound card?

A while I acquired an Octo sound card (for the RPI).

I have a few projects that could use it, one of them for Eurorack systems.
But the Eurorack specs requires audio at 10Vpp (from -5V to +5V)
and no AC filtering.

Would it be possible to create an Eurorack breakout for the Octo?
