[AudioI] Issue to install Octa

The user should not matter. The pi user is only there for convenience, 
but it should work with any user.

Don't install the debian package; all it does is executing scripts (that 
may not work in some situations).

I suggest to follow the instructions for the manual setup: 
https://github.com/Audio-Injector/Octo#manual-setup

There's nothing to change except the first command (to disable the 
volume plugin, if required):

sed -i 's/\=volumealsa/\=REMOVEvolumealsa/' 
~/.config/lxpanel/LXDE-pi/panels/panel
